Most learning designers can build a course. Far fewer can architect the infrastructure that makes training work at scale — the workflows, the automation, the LMS integration, the performance consulting that identifies what actually needs to change.
I build repeatable systems before I execute. That's not a methodology — it's how I think. After 28 years in broadcast graphics, aerospace technical writing, defense-scale training deployment, and regulated medical device development, it's the only approach that holds up.
